Lucasfilm ramping up “secret CGI feature” project

In an interview with Lucasfilm Singapore’s recruiter Heather Brown, Animation Express reveals that Lucasfilm Animation is working on a “top-secret” CGI feature. Brown also speaks about the other recent achievements for the facility, which contributed almost 200 ILM effects shots to Iron Man 2.

Tim Burton’s visually striking take on Lewis Carroll’s Alice books mixes in a bit of the previous 1951 and 1972 features to come up with a compelling continuation of sorts. The disc includes a number of interesting extras, none of which are quite in-depth enough.
