Ratatouille DVD/Blu-ray site revised

At the Pixar Planet forum, word arrives that the official website for Ratatouille has been updated with further information on the film’s DVD and Blu-ray releases. Stores nationwide will serve Ratatouille on November 6th.

MPAA and the Chipmunks

According to Box Office Mojo, the live-action/computer animated Alvin and the Chipmunks has been rated PG by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA). The rating was provided due to “some mild rude humor.”

Disney unveils Hollywood Studios logo

Blue Sky Disney showcases the new logo for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, currently known as Disney-MGM Studios, at Walt Disney World. The artwork prominently features Mickey Mouse operating a clapboard.

Superman: Doomsday sountrack released

Comics2Film writes that La-La Land Records is releasing the Superman: Doomsday soundtrack today, October 23rd. The album features music from the direct-to-video title, as composed by Robert J. Kral (Duck Dodgers, the upcoming Batman Anime).

Cheese carver creates Remy sculpture

A rather cheesy article on Upcoming Pixar points to the sculpture-artist Troy Landwehr, who created a carving of Ratatouille‘s star, Remy, for the film’s DVD release party. The catch? The piece was created entirely out of yellow cheddar cheese. A video of the artist working on his sculpture can also be viewed on the site.
