Cinema Blend reports that Disney’s upcoming The Muppets movie has officially been given a December 25, 2011 release date. Written by Jason Segel and directed by James Bobin, The Muppets movie will also star Segel alongside Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Animal and the rest of the characters.
