Monsters, Inc. sequel in the works?

MTVMoviesBlog reports that in an interview to MTV, director Pete Docter hinted at the possibility for a sequel to Pixar’s hit Monsters, Inc. UpcomingPixar’s take on the story can be found here.

Horton to get big push

ContactMusic reports that Fox is planning to spend $25 million to promote the dvd release of Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who! in December. Horton will be released as a single disc, a two-disc special edition and a Blu-ray special edition on December 9.

Artist sues Kung Fu Panda creators

SlashFilm reports about a lawsuit filed by a Chinese artist Zhao Bandi against Dreamworks and Paramount Pictures for the offensive grotesqueries depicted in Kung Fu Panda. Zhao demanded a public apology but no monetary compensation in the lawsuit which has been accepted and allowed to proceed by Beijing Chaoyang District People’s Court.
