A new Kung Fu Panda 2 film clip featuring Po the panda and Master Shifu has just been revealed online over at Yahoo! Movies. Starring Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman and Gary Oldman, the anticipated sequel to the 2008 hit comes to theaters and IMAX 3D on May 26th.

Disney has announced that The Fox and the Hound and The Fox and the Hound 2 will be coming to Blu-ray and DVD in a special 30th Anniversary 2-Movie Collection. The all-new digitally restored version of the original 1981 film and its 2006 direct-to-video sequel arrive in stores on August 9, 2011.

Paramount’s critically acclaimed animated feature Rango arrives on Blu-Ray and DVD on July 15th, ComingSoon.net is reporting. Extras on the release will include an extended version of the film with an alternate ending, deleted scenes, audio commentary and more. Released in theaters this March, Rango was a decent hit, earning $120 million in the US.

Pixar has unveiled the synopsis and a still from their upcoming short film La Luna, reports /Film. Roughly seven minutes long and directed by Enrico Casarosa, La Luna is about a young boy coming of age in peculiar circumstances. The short will premiere at the Annecy International Animation Festival, which runs June 6-11 in France.
