Hot off the presses (fresh out of the beehive?) comes news of the first teaser trailer for DreamWorks Animation’s Bee Movie, due out November 2007.

The movie designated by ASIFA-Hollywood’s blogger Larry Loc as the one that will convince anyone that animation is not just for children, Grave of the Fireflies, will air in an English-dubbed broadcast on November 12. Read about the background of this important film at Turner Classic Movies.

Following are five screen shots from Mater and the Ghostlight, an original short found on the upcoming CARS DVD. All characters in the short are voiced by the voice artist who portrayed them in CARS.

Lorne Lanning and Sherry McKenna, co-founders of videogame developer Oddworld Inhabitants, have teamed with Vanguard Animation to develop Citizen Siege, a CG animated sci-fi action thriller. Lanning will make his directorial debut on the project. The Oddworld videogame franchise has sold over 5 million copies worldwide during the past 10 years (via Hollywood Reporter).
