As an anonymous staff member of the company explained, “Layoffs will be announced next week, not only of certain WDFA executives but also of some artists and technicians at the Circle 7 facility.”

Gathering information through close sources wishing to remain anonymous, The Business of Animation blog suggests that many of Disney’s development executives are no longer working at the company. “I’m waiting to hear it for myself from someone more direct. However, this wouldn’t surprise me in the least,” writes the blog’s manager, ‘Staloren’.
