Animation World Network reports that Ludlow Music is withdrawing its lawsuit against JibJab Media. The suit demanded that JibJab discontinue the use of the tune for the famous American song This Land is Your Land in its notorious web toon This Land, but it was discovered that the tune is now in the public domain.
