Even though the movie isn’t very far away, plot information on Universal’s upcoming Despicable Me 2 has more or less been kept under wraps. Part of that may be due to the apparent production problems the film’s gone through, which have involved re-casting the main villain multple times, with Al Pacino leaving the movie only weeks before its release. Now a picture of a character known as El Macho has appeared on the film’s Facebook page. It’s hard to tell at this point if this is the big baddie to be voiced by Benjamin Bratt or another supervillain that Gru will meet on his advantures. Despicable Me 2 opens everywhere this July.
