Popular movies with a stake in the children’s market are often transformed into cartoon TV series. Total Film has confirmed that an animated Tron series based on the recent movie will premiere next summer. Bruce Boxleitner is involved with the project. The series will fit in with the established continuity and will be ten episodes long. Though nothing appears to be official, the Twilight franchise may see have its own anime. A manga based off the first book was released earlier this year and perhaps this inspired an animated series to be developed. Movie Web has more details.
