Today marks the release of Walt Disney’s classic Peter Pan on DVD. The film is probably my favorite of the “middle-Walt” period of the 1950s, and I’ll be posting a full review of the new 2-disc set very soon. In the meantime, we’ve got a copy to give away so fly on over, with a little pixie dust of course, to our Contest Corner and submit your entry – you’ve got exactly one week, and it’s as easy as that!

In other review news, I finally caught up with the rodents of Flushed Away last night and have to admit it’s a very fun little movie – more on that later this week.

Now…the promised site updates. We’re working our way through our backlog of reviews and I’ve managed to post another few this morning. Look for my takes on Brother Bear‘s 2-disc special edition, Paul McCartney: The Music And Animation Collection and, a personal fave, The Triplets Of Belleville today, with more to come over the next couple of days. And, yes, I’m getting around to that big MIA-DVD update too!

Talk about a Spring clean! – Ben.
