Over the weekend, Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit was honored with another award, being named best feature film at the children’s British Academy Film and Television Awards. The Telegraph records that the film beat The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest for the coveted prize. This marks the second time Curse of the Were-Rabbit has won a BAFTA, as the movie took the title of “Best British Film” last February. In other BAFTA news, nearly 100,000 children under 16 years of age voted Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to be their favourite film, from a shortlist of 10 flicks including Chicken Little, The Chronicles of Narnia and Superman Returns.
