The Mac Observer observes that Toon Boom Animation, Inc. has released a Universal Binary version of its animation software Toon Boom Studio V3. The application can be downloaded for free by those people who already own the current edition of the software. The Universal Binary of Toon Boom Studio Express V3 will ship in April, according to the program’s developer.
