After the debacle of the Cat in the Hat movie, the widow of Dr. Seuss swore to never allow a live-action adaptation of one her husband’s books again. But she has now warmed up to the idea of allowing a CGI-adaptation Horton Hears A Who to be produced by Fox’s Blue Sky studio, according to The Hollywood Reporter (original link via Cartoon Brew). This will be Blue Sky’s next project after Ice Age 2 and may even be followed up with Horton Hatches an Egg.
