Muppets' Wizard of Oz gets Macy's display and television premiere date

Jim Hill Media has photos of the displays set up at Macy’s in Herald Square, which recreate scenes from The Muppets’ Wonderful Wizard of Oz. For those wondering, the store is selling merchandise from the flick as well. The Muppets’ Wonderful Wizard of Oz will air on the ABC network Friday, May 20th.

Empire Online confirms that Jack Davenport, who played Norrington in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, will be returning for the anticipated sequel, Dead Man’s Chest. Pirates of the Caribbean 2 will set sail on July 7, 2006.
