Critics, the Academy, Hollywood guilds, and even the Animated Views staff render their judgment on the top movies of the year. But starting in 2012, we decided it was your turn. Here are the results of our annual Readers' Choice Polls over the years.Readers were asked to rank their top three movies of each year.
• OVERALL SCORE is calculated out of a possible 100.
• BALLOT % is the percentage of readers who had a movie anywhere on their top three list.
• FIRST % is the percentage of readers who had a movie at the top of their ballot.
Ties were broken by most first place votes.
