New clips for the The Adventures of Tintin movie have made their way to the Internet via a German trailer. Europe is getting more Tintin treatment because of the larger fan base (Hergé, the comic’s creator, is Belgian) than in the US, which goes along with the prediction that it will have more success overseas. Another reason why the movie is opening there sooner. The trailer stills are more fluid and flexible than prior motion-performance films–this bodes well for Steven Spielberg, but the question remains if he has put enough care into this film to make it good.
