Disney’s fantastic year at the box office continued this weekend with the release of Moana, which dominated the box office with a debut of $55 million, Box Office Mojo is reporting. That’s the second best opening weekend ever for Thanksgiving, behind only Frozen’s $67 million debut. Moana’s five day opening weekend was an estimated $81 million, which was also the second best of all time for the holiday, behind Frozen but ahead of Toy Story 2. Final figures are due today.
