Film Music Reporter has details on two upcoming Disney soundtracks. First up, a track listing for Planes is now available. “The album features the film’s original score composed by Mark Mancina (Tarzan, Twister, Speed, Brother Bear), as well a couple of original songs by Mark Holman, Chris Classic & Alana D and Jon Stevens of The Dead Daisies”. Secondly, Pixar’s short The Blue Umbrella is getting a two-track single release on July 9th. “The single features the film’s music composed by Jon Brion (Magnolia, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) featuring vocals by Sarah Jaffe. Also included is an instrumental version of the Blue Umbrella suite.”
