Frankenweenie picked up two trophies at the 39th Annual Saturn Awards this week. Given by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films , they’re billed as “the top honors for genre entertainment”. Frankenweenie beat out Brave, ParaNorman, and Wreck-It Ralph for Best Animated Film, while Danny Elfman won Best Music for the score. Best Special Effects went to The Avengers.
