Director Dan Scanlon and producer Kori Rae will receive the award on behalf of Pixar. Carlos de Abreu, the founder of the awards, and a committee determine who win the honor. A recent deal was struck with Dick Clark Productions that could lead to the Hollywood Awards to be televised in the future.
