Disney announced today via ComingSoon.net that their up-until-now top secret animated movie Reboot Ralph has been given a new title, the more destructive sounding Wreck-It Ralph. The plot involves an arcade game villain who’s not content with his place in life, wanting to be loved like his hero enemy instead of hated like the bad guy that he is. In an effort to become a hero and gain respect, he sneaks out of his 8-bit video game and into a first person shooter one, only to accidently release a dangerous enemy that could spell the end of  all of the video game characters in the arcade. The cast will include John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman and Jane Lynch. Says director Rich Moore, who’s worked on The Simpsons in the past, “It’s unlike anything anyone’s seen before, and I’m thrilled to be to creating it here at Walt Disney Animation Studios.” The movie is set to power up in theaters on November 2, 2012.
