Acclaimed actor Liam Neeson is set to return to the Star Wars universe to voice Qui-Gon Jinn in two special episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Entertainment Weekly is reporting. It will be the first time that fans have been able to see the character since The Phantom Menace in 1999. “Growing up, my heroes were cowboys; they were strong and mysterious, and it seemed like they always rode off into the sunset,” Neeson said. “For kids today, Star Wars has that same kind of magic. I really wanted to be a part of that.” The first episode in the three-part series is set to air on Cartoon Network on January 28th.
