Koji Hoshino, President of Studio Ghibli, announced at the Rome International Film Festival recently that the next Studio Ghibli film will be announced on December 15, reports Collider. While it is still unknown whether this project will be helmed by Miyazaki or a different director, there is speculation on whether Hoshino was referring to the possible Porco Rosso sequel that Hayao Miyazaki plans to develop.
