Following their successful pairing on Sylvain Chomet’s The Triplets Of Belleville in 2003, Sony Pictures Classics and the director have announced that his new film, The Illusionist, based on an unproduced script by the master of French silent cinema Jacques Tati, will be distributed in the US by the company towards the end of 2010.
