Nickelodeon has just revealed the cast for an upcoming live-action TV movie based off of their hit cartoon show The Fairly Oddparents.  TV Squad is reporting that Cheryl Hines and Jason Alexander will play the magical title characters, with Steven Weber also on board as the film’s villain and Drake Bell as the star of the animated series, young Timmy. “It’s so much fun to see our animated characters come to life,” said Marjorie Cohn, president of programming at Nickelodeon. “And who better to bring grown up Timmy Turner to life than Drake Bell, who himself grew up on our air and still remains one of our most popular Nick stars ever.” The project, titled A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up Timmy Turner!, is currently without an air date.
