DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek the Third debuted in the top spot on the national DVD sales and rental charts for the week ending November 18th, reports The Hollywood Reporter. Sales for the famous ogre’s latest DVD were so strong that the title is already now among the year’s top ten sellers. That popularity also helped Shrek 2 reappear in the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert top 20, at #17, while a Shrek Trilogy set arrived at #12. As for Ratatouille, the Disney/Pixar blockbuster fell to second place on the sales chart, although remaining at #1 on the Blu-ray list.
