DVDTimes reports that Buena Vista Home Entertainment have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of Pixar Short Films Collection: Volume 1 on 8th October 2007. For the very first time, thirteen of the best Pixar Shorts, including the most recent short Lifted, will be made available on one DVD and Blu-Ray disc. The disc will also feature some exclusive extras including an audio commentary, a behind-the-scenes documentary about the evolution of the Pixar Animation studio and Animation and Commercial tests. Blu-Ray Disney gives an early look at the dvd cover art.
