Cartoon Brew elaborates on the new Fox series Oleg the Taxi Man. What is unique about the series, however, is that each “episode” lasts only eight seconds, airing in-between commercias. Apparently, Fox is hoping that the cartoons will keep encourage viewers not to change the channel during commercial breaks.
