Opening in 3,632 theaters today is Walt Disney Pictures’ Enchanted. Featuring traditional animation and live-action, as well as new songs from the Oscar-winning duo of Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, the film is predicted to take the lead at the box office this Thanksgiving. Yahoo! Movies/Reuters believes Enchanted will gather at least $35 million over the five-day weekend, with Box Office Guru and Box Office Report suggesting somewhere near $43 – 48 million.

Thus far, Enchanted has received mostly positive reviews. Metacritic has a score of 74 for the movie. Meanwhile, the Rotten Tomatoes percentage for Enchanted is currently at 91%, with the site’s “Cream of the Crop” section at 86%.
