Bloomberg and Jim Hill Media indicate that Buena Vista Distribution and Buena Vista Home Entertainment may soon be given the “Disney” title. The move would follow the similar transitions of Touchstone Television becoming ABC Television Studio and Buena Vista Games becoming Disney Interactive Studios. Apparently, the name changes are an effort to help strengthen the worldwide recognition of the Disney, ABC and ESPN brands.
