Coming Soon reports that The Walt Disney Studios has signed an exclusive multi-year first look deal with SpiderMan creator Stan Lee and his production company POW! Entertainment. Under the terms of the agreement, Lee and his production company are expected to develop and produce multiple forms of entertainment. The news was first announced by Dick Cook, chairman of The Walt Disney Studios.
