UltimateDisney has posted the press release for Disney’s 101 Dalmatians: Platinum Edition which has been officially announced by Disney for release on March 4, 2008. For the first time in nearly a decade, 101 Dalmatians comes out as a 2-disc Platinum Edition dvd featuring exclusive and never before seen bonus features. Unlike recently cropped Jungle Book, 101 Dalmatians will be presented in its original 1.33:1 full-screen aspect ratio on the disc. In addition to this, the dvd is now up for preorder at Amazon.com with their pre-order price guarantee.
