In a press release at Yahoo! Finance, Cartoon Network announces the success of its latest television feature, Re-Animated, which debuted last Friday evening at 8 p.m. Mixing traditional animation with live-action, the film scored double-digit delivery and ratings gains for its key demographics. Re-Animated also set a record, becoming the network’s highest-rated original movie ever for the target audience of 6-11 years. However, similar success was not introduced to NBC’s live-action remake of The Year Without a Santa Claus. According to the IMDB’s Studio Briefing, the movie’s Monday night premiere averaged a 4.7/7 in the 9-11 p.m. period.
