The Umbackagain blog contains the press release and poster for Uli Meyer Animation’s MonsterMania!, a computer-animated comedy starring an abundance of classic movie monsters. With an idea from Uli Meyer, Stephen Jones and Michael Marshall Smith, award-winning British horror writers Michael Marshall Smith and Stephen Jones crafted the film’s script. Using a budget of around $30 million, MonsterMania! has been in active development for the past three years at the company’s London-based animation studios. Furthermore, the project is a co-production with India’s Ittina Animation Studios and Cinecarat, Switzerland. MonsterMania! will scare up family fun worldwide in 2008.
