The following are some photographs from last Thursday night’s premiere to the public of The Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D held at the El Capitan Theatre, which included a panel discussion with people involved in the production of the film as well as a surprise performance by Ken Page of “Oogie Boogie’s Song.” The Disney Soda Fountain and Studio Store next door to the theater is selling plenty of Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise and is offering up a “Jack and Sally’s Treat” sundae (as well as a newly expanded dinner menu). The film continues at the El Capitan and selected theaters throughout the country through October 31, with some screenings at the El Capitan after that date. The El Capitan also has a display of many of the actual puppets and props used in the film.
