Frederator Studios has announced the third season of the Nicktoons Network Animation Festival, a collaborative production between the two companies. This year, the festival has been expanded to include live screenings, as well as distribution through numerous digital outlets. Call for entries in the festival is March 15, 2006. One’s short film entry must be received by no later than May 31, 2006, at 5pm (PST). Submission forms may be found via the festival’s official website. Airing on the Nicktoons Network, the 2006 Nicktoons Network Animation Festival will last six nights, beginning August 26.
