Move over, Disney Princesses. The princesses in DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek the Third, slated for a May 18, 2007, are flexing some serious girl power. An article in USA Today showcases the band of royal heirs to be seen in the film, comprised of Cinderella, Snow White, Fiona, Rapunzel, and Sleeping Beauty. (Would the Little Mermaid be in there if she hadn’t been eaten by a shark in Shrek 2? And, are we soon to see a line of DreamWorks Princesses little girl clothing?)
