CEO Robert Iger stated that Disney is prepared to enter another animation renaissance period similar to that of the early 1990’s. “Over the last 10 years, our animation has been a little more erratic in its performance than I felt it needed to be,” commented Iger. “We really believe we are poised to enter another renaissance period for the Walt Disney Co. in animation, which is something that will pay great dividends.” Local 6 News, via Yahoo!
