The ASIFA-Hollywood Animation Archive is now sponsoring the Disney Drawing Exhibit. This exhibit is free to all and features drawings by many master Disney artists including Milt Kahl, Bill Tytla, Freddie Moore, Grim Natwick, Les Clark, Ub Iwerks, Art Babbitt, Marc Davis, Preston Blair, John Lounsbery, Ward Kimball, John Sibley, and Norm Ferguson. “On display are sketches from Disney’s earliest days (Alice in Cartoonland, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit) the early sound era (Mickey Mouse, Silly Symphonies), through the classic features (Snow White, Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty).” Check it out any Tuesday or Thursday from 1pm to 9pm between now and the end of November.
