Ricky Gervais, the creator and star of the British hit show The Office, will be writing and lending his voice to an episode of The Simpsons at the personal invitation of Matt Groening, according to AWN. “I’ve got the rough idea, but this is the most intimidating project of my career,” Gervais said.
