Finance, indicates that for around $9.4 million in cash and debt, online content provider Jupitermedia Corp. has bought Animation Factory Inc. from VA Software Corp. With a paid online subscription, one may use Animation Factory to receive animated graphics, 3D clip art, Microsoft PowerPoint templates, video backgrounds, and e-mail and Web page backgrounds.
