Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law Returns with New Season Beginning July 10
Legal Antics and Modern Anxiety Highlight 13-Episode Season Scheduled for Sunday Nights at 12:15 a.m. (ET, PT)

As a superhero, Birdman needed the power of the sun to help him save the world from evil criminal threats. As an attorney, Harvey Birdman must rely on his shaky knowledge of torts and oddly compelling courtroom theatrics. A new season of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, featuring 13 episodes of the Adult Swim original comedy hit, begins on Sunday, July 10 at 12:15 a.m. (ET, PT).

Harvey works hard. But he’s got problems. Being a lawyer is not as glamorous as his old gig. His boss, Phil Ken Sebben, is a total hard-ass. His legal assistant, Peanut, is probably a psychopath. Harvey’s got an empty personal life and an enemy from the old days out to kill him – or at least hook up for lunch. And then there’s the annoying matter of practicing law, which this season includes representing clients like Wally Gator, Ricochet Rabbit and Captain Caveman.

Following is the schedule for the new season of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law:

· Sunday, July 10: Booty Noir – Reducto falls in love when he meets a derriere he just can’t shrink. Unfortunately, that derriere belongs to Norlisa, Black Vulcan’s girlfriend. She’s ready to dump her fella for the arms of a small, green man – but Reducto may not be able to reciprocate. In the meantime, Wally Gator’s arrested for, well, for being a redneck, and it’s up to Harvey to defend him.

· Sunday, July 17: Harvey’s Civvy – Murro the Maurader sues Harvey for injuries suffered in 1967. Murro’s lawyer, the psychically bombastic Shado the Brain Thief, not only litigates Murro’s case, but he introduces a class action lawsuit as well. Harvey begs Potamus to take the case and the hippo litigates on Harvey’s behalf.

· Sunday, July 24: X Gets the Crest - After 30 years of failed attempts, X the Eliminator acquires the crest on Birdman’s helmet. Convinced that he’s powerless without his crest, Harvey falls apart, stops shaving and loses a case defending Ricochet Rabbit from charges of wanton and willful destruction. X, on the other hand, turns his life around. He starts fighting for the cause of all that is good, winds up in newspaper headlines and on afternoon talk shows. With X hanging around with rock stars, Harvey running around in his skivvies plotting revenge and Ricochet on psychotropic drugs, things look pretty bleak.
