Reuters, via Yahoo! News, indicates that for the eleventh consecutive year, Buena Vista International, the foreign distribution arm of the Walt Disney Company, has hit the $1 billion mark. The achievement is due largely to the success of four films: The Incredibles, National Treasure, The Pacifier, and Herbie: Fully Loaded. Thus far for 2005, Buena Vista International has released 32 films, with about $10 million or more being provided by each of 26 films.
