Steaming ahead with their sudden attempt to cram every Hanna-Barbera television classic onto DVD, Warner Brothers Home Enteratinment have just announced The Jetsons: Season 1 for a boxed set disc release, according to DVD Toons. The 24 episodes will be joined on the set by Judy Jetson herself, Janet Waldo, providing commentary on 2 shows, as well as new featurettes looking into the series.

And then it just keeps getting better: next up is Jonny Quest: Season 1, also coming as a boxed set. No spec details as yet for this one, but expect some new surprises to be announced as the release date draws nearer. Both sets are due May 11 2004.
