This meeting will be held in Philadelphia one day before the official meeting of Disney stockholders and is intended to educate shareholders on how “the House of Mouse has lost its creative focus under [current CEO Michael] Eisner, and that voting against the slate put up by the company for its directors will impel the board to change its policy.”
