The Los Angeles Daily News reports that Leslie Nielsen is “five episodes into recording the title voice in his soon-to-be-syndicated animated show, Zeroman.” Nielsen also provides the voice for Zeroman’s “mild-mannered” alter ego, a postman, with Doris Roberts voicing his mother. In response to Zeroman’s humor, aimed at both children and adults, Leslie Nielsen remarks, “We do some things that have a double meaning. The fact that it’s animation, oddly enough, lets you get away with saying a lot of things because your audience says, ‘This is just a cartoon.’ “
