In addition, “monkeyboy12” at the AN Forums informs us that after the first five minutes of Shrek 2 premiere on Nickelodeon on May 18th, at 7pm, the clip will be available online at Nick.com. Meanwhile, USA Today has two new articles concerning Shrek 2: “In ‘toon’,” which deals with the past, present, and future of the Shrek universe; and Shrek 2 stars: Happily dysfunctional family,” in which Shrek 2 stars Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, and Eddie Murphy discuss their feelings toward the “fractured fairy-tale sequel.”

As for the Shrek Broadway adaption, Jeffrey Katzenberg confirms that Sam Mendes will be directing, the show will be a musical, and the production will likely have Shrek‘s story with parts of Shrek 2.
