Shaping up much better than the 66-minute length DTVs that Disney usually puts out (which helpfully add up, with commercials, for a snug 90-minute later TV showing), the studio’s Mulan II is listed as being a fairly generous 79 minutes in a new industry promo. The ad points out that the title will come with a “stunning foiled DVD over-sleeve” and will retail for $29.99. Released on February 1 2005, the sequel, featuring returning voices Ming Na, Pat Morita and BD Wong joined by newcomers Lucy Liu and Michelle Kwan, will also contain a Voices Of Mulan featurette, Deleted Scenes, a World Of Mulan piece that hopefully is different to what appeared on the 2-disc edition of the original film, plus games and a (I Wanna Be) Like Other Girls music video by “pop sensation” Atomic Kitten.
