Stop-motion effects legend Ray Harryhausen will present lucky attendees at this year’s Sci-Fi And Fantasy Classic Film Weekend to a special screening of perhaps his most revered work, Jason And The Argonauts, on Friday May 14 at the Landmark Loew’s Jersey Theatre in Jersey City. Toon Zone announces that “Harryhausen’s talk, which will begin at 7.30pm, is part of a weekend program devoted to classic fantasy films of the 1950s and 1960s”. Among other films playing is a restored print of Walt Disney’s 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.
